Community Engagement 2024 @ PALS (Place for Academic Learning And Support)

PALS caters to students of different academic levels, from Nursery 1 to Secondary 5. The Centre provides an infection-controlled environment, a holistic curriculum and personalized academic coaching to prepare the children for their eventual return to school.

Our team had the wonderful opportunity to engage with students at the CCF PALS center, where we sent four of our team members to participate in a special community engagement program. We were thrilled to connect with a group of ten students spanning lower and upper primary and secondary levels.

During the session, we introduced them to LEGO® through a fun and educational activity. Our design team created a unique set made with LEGO® parts, crafted to tell an engaging story and guide the students in exploring different elements like slopes, tiles, and bricks. This hands-on experience aimed to teach not only the technical aspects of LEGO® but also to ignite their imagination and creativity. Seeing the students’ excitement as they built and learned was truly heartwarming. It reminded us of the joy and impact of creative learning and community involvement.

We are proud to be part of such a meaningful initiative and are grateful for the chance to support CCF in their mission to enrich the lives of the children they serve. Through these moments of connection and learning, we hope to spark a love for creativity and exploration, making a lasting impact on the students and supporting CCF’s incredible work in the community.
